I can't login / "Invalid Captcha"
Ensure you are entering the Captcha exactly as shown (case-sensitive). If the issue persists, your session may have timed out. Refresh the Tor identity (Ctrl+Shift+L) and try again.
I lost my PIN / Mnemonic
If you have your Mnemonic (12 words), go to Settings -> Reset PIN. If you have lost the Mnemonic, admin cannot help you. Create a new account.
Is 2FA mandatory?
2FA (PGP Login) is not mandatory for browsing, but it is mandatory for vendors and highly recommended for buyers with a balance over $100.

Deposit not showing up (XMR/BTC)
Bitcoin: Requires 2 confirmations (~20 mins).
Monero: Requires 10 confirmations (~20-30 mins).
If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but the market balance is 0 after 2 hours, verify you are not on a phishing site. Check the URL against our Mirrors page.
What is the minimum deposit?
There is no strict minimum, but deposits under $5 USD may be consumed by network fees upon withdrawal. We recommend depositing at least $20 equivalent.

Vendor hasn't shipped yet
Vendors have 72 hours to mark an order as shipped. If they fail to do so, the order is auto-cancelled, and funds are returned to your wallet. Do not message support before 72 hours.
How do I start a dispute?
Go to your Orders page -> Click Order ID -> Select "Dispute".
Note: The dispute button only appears after the estimated delivery time has passed or if the vendor accepts it.
