Never finalize an order ("Finalize Early" or FE) unless the vendor has an impeccable reputation and you trust them implicitly.

The Escrow Process:

1. Place Order: Funds are locked in the market's Escrow wallet. The vendor cannot touch them yet.
2. Ship: Vendor marks the item as shipped.
3. Receive: You receive the goods physically.
4. Finalize: You log in and click "Finalize". The funds are released to the vendor.

If the package does not arrive, use the "Dispute" button before the auto-finalize timer runs out.

Check the Blockchain explorer. Monero requires 10 confirmations. If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but the market balance is 0, check if you are on a phishing site (phishing sites don't update balances). If the URL is correct, open a support ticket.

How do I encrypt my address?

Never send your shipping address in plain text. Tick the "Encrypt with Vendor's PGP Key" box on the order page, or manually encrypt it in your PGP software before pasting it into the address field.
